Adrianna Yanuziello is the founder and artistic director of Dance Migration, a Toronto based dance company devoted to studying, choreographing, teaching, and promoting Brazilian culture in Toronto and abroad. Adrianna and the dancers of Dance Migration travel yearly to northeastern Brazil to intensively study regional dances in their native context. This ongoing training with Brazilian masters has allowed us to present authentic dance productions and share our knowledge of Brazilian culture with Canadian and international audiences. For the last 9 years we have worked in collaboration with master teacher Rosangela Silvestre, with the goal of building global awareness of contemporary Brazilian dance.
